For yourself: yishmor et nafshi. 2014 ישמר את נפשי
For a woman: yishmor et nafshech. ישמר את נפשך
For a man: yishmor et naf’shecha. ישמר את נפשך
May I/you find satisfaction.
For yourself: yasbi’eni mituvo. ישביעני מטובו
For a woman: yasbi’ech mituvo. ישביעך מטובו
For a man: yasbi’echa mituvo. ישביעך מטובו
May I/you be well.
For yourself: yirapeni va’arapeh ירפאני וארפא
For a woman: yirapech va’tirapi ירפאך ותרפאי

May I/you be at peace.
